Sustain Boutique + Chandlery ONLY OFFERS STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. We do not refund back to your original method of payment. Please feel free to contact us directly regarding sizes or styling as we are more than happy to assist you with any questions.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date your items are delivered or picked up in store. Items must be in their original condition (Items have NOT been worn, altered or washed with all original tags attached) within 14 days to receive an exchange or store credit. 

Exceptions / non-Returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale/discounted items or gift cards.
